CrossFit Loup
Crossfit Loup is Syracuse's newest CrossFit box, opening in July 2023. Only a year old, this gym has seen significant growth in membership and social interaction, building an amazing fitness community where every one is welcome to be part of the pack!

Framework Operations
Stephanie can do it all - and has. A successful non-profit leader, Stephanie broke out on her own this year to form her consulting firm, Framework Operations.
"A safety net for safety nets," Framework Operations allows you to build your framework for the perfect blend consulting and accountability.
Stephanie brought me in to design her logo and create her website (still to be launched!) and it has been a treat to work with her.

Breadcrumbs Productions
Working with Breadcrumbs Productions has been a literal dream. Priding themselves on employing and collaborating with local artists, I have been lucky enough to work on two projects with Breadcrumbs- the SALTLAND Theatre Festival and The Game Of Life, and am now the Director of Marketing.
From building the SALTLAND website from scratch, managing digital and paid marketing, photography, video and social media, being a part of the local theatre scene has been a dream come true.
